In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren. Each weekend I'll post about any new books I've gotten either in my mailbox or from a store or library that week. If I haven't gotten any new books, I'll wait until I do.
I completely forgot to do this last week so this post covers the last two weeks of books I've had arriving in my mailbox.
I've recently posted reviews of Nalini Singh's entire Psy-Changeling series so that reminded me I wanted to read her Guild Hunter series. I'd picked up a couple before, but as I hate the UK covers I've been ordering the US ones when possible. This puts me up-to-date and now all I need to do is get reading. I really hope they're as good as the Psy-Changeling books!
Darkfever was on my list of books I feel everyone has read but me from a Top Ten Tuesday a while back. Out of boredom I checked to see if my local library had it, and they did. I'm hoping to get to it after Christmas so I can finally see what all the fuss is about.
I've been a fan of the Hannah Swensen cozy mystery series for a few years now so I decided to grab some of the newer paperback releases along with the cookbook that accompanies the series. As much as I love the series, it has lost it's shine a bit for me recently as the love triangle seems to be taking over the majority of each book. The fifteenth book is due for publication next year so it isn't like Hannah hasn't had time to choose! That said, the books are worth it just for the recipes (hence why I now have the cookbook).
And last, but definitely not least, I finally have a copy of Clockwork Prince. I've had Clockwork Angel waiting to be read since last year, and after falling in love with the Mortal Instruments a couple of months back I've been saving it until Clockwork Prince was released so I can read them back-to-back.
So what's in your mailbox this week?
